Holding back the feeling
That’s just so hard to subdue
Drowning in his memory
Yet he doesn’t have a clue
Taking my breath away,
For him, is not a crime
Regretting the fall I carelessly took
For he can never be mine
Screaming out this obsession
By my heart while hopelessly mute
Forgetting is choreography
That’s hard to execute
Making the decision
Between where you want and where you should
Pretending nothing ever happened
As hard as I could
Healing are the wounds
But still the scars are left unhidden
Keeping my heart from beating
